Service Description

The DOL - Unarmed Security Training/Certification (Advanced) includes 2 sessions, each 8 hours, totaling 16 hours. The first is on the 1st Wednesday of the month and the second on the 3rd Wednesday. Includes: -Unarmed Guard State Certification -Do’s and Dont’s as an unarmed security guard. -Public Interaction Best Practices -Use of Force Continuum -How to Identify and Handle Potential Aggressor -Observe & Reporting Basics -Different Security Awareness Levels -Security Guard Presence Knowledge -Emergency Situations (Fire, Medical, Crisis) -Written State Mandated Knowledge Test -Less than Lethal Training -De-escalation Tactics -How to handle the media -Report Writing Exercises
